In addition to the three operating companies, Bishop is a joint venture partner with Mercedes-Benz Steering. The joint venture Company, BMB Steering Innovation (BMB), manufactures automotive steering racks for the global automotive industry using Bishop's patented Warm Forging process. BMB is located in Germany.
